Quality is the key focus of our company. To achieve our goal of being the top quality plating company in Canada, we have stringent quality targets. We operate at 5 Sigma (5s) while delivering within 24 hours. We make our quality goals a reality through training and world class constraint management production techniques. Our on-site quality assurance laboratory enables us to continuously monitor plating solutions and to perform necessary plating tests for adherence to a range of specifications.

Our management and quality practices are compliant with ISO 9001:2000 .
Our quality goals relate to the six sigma quality system as used by General Electric and Motorola. The table below shows the allowed number of defects for every sigma level.

Sigma 5 therefore means that there must be less or equal to 233 defects per million, or one defect per 4250. We currently operate at a 5s level.
